Adventure: Typical Army Fuck-Up

This adventure takes place in 1969, roughly 15 years before the events in The Return of the Living Dead and tells the story of how the first zombie outbreak may have happened. The heroes are all working or visiting the Highland Place Veterans Administration Hospital in Pittsburgh where, unknown to most, the US Army and the Darrow Chemical Company have been conducting preliminary tests using Trioxin to reanimate the dead. The project, codenamed Agent Green, is in its infancy because at this time, no one knows exactly which chemical compound within Trioxin is responsible for the reanimation process and the results have been varied. Different strengths and mixtures of the Trioxin have been delivered to the hospital over the last few days to find out which particular combination works the best. Tonight, the army finally discovers the correct mixture required to raise the dead back to life.
